Delete your data
If you've ordered from or messaged a business through one of our WhatsApp services, you can ask us to delete your personal data. Here's how.
How to ask
- Email hello@nidhaam.tech with the subject Delete my data.
- Include the WhatsApp number you used, and the name of the business you messaged. If you used more than one business, list them all.
- We'll send a short message to that WhatsApp number to confirm the request really comes from you. Reply to it to confirm.
- We delete your data within 30 days of your confirmation, and email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your chat messages with the business.
- Your saved delivery locations and address details.
- Your language choice and profile name.
- Your phone number, from everything except the records below.
What may be kept
A business may need to keep basic records of past orders, such as items, totals and dates, for its accounts or because the law requires it. When that's the case, we remove your name, number and location from those records so they no longer identify you.
Deleting your data with us doesn't delete it from WhatsApp itself. To manage your WhatsApp account data, use the settings in the WhatsApp app. To stop receiving messages from a business, you can also block its number in WhatsApp.
